Trade Odell Beckham and Chris Hubbard for Jamal Adams

Trade Perks: $10 million added to the cap

This trade could happen when the Seahawks cut Carlos Dunlap, a move that will save the Seahawks $14 million. The Seahawks right now only have $14 million, so the move will give them $28 million to play with. After the 2020 season that Chris Hubbard had, he’s a starter in the eyes of many and he’s on a really affordable deal. Russell Wilson is unhappy at the moment because his offensive line sucks. Hubbard can help with that, though he’s not the only move they have to make to improve the line.

This trade would also give the Seahawks arguably the best receiver corps in football, something Wilson would also like. That gives the team Beckham, D.K. Metcalf and Tyler Lockett or what I like to call; flexibility. Lockett is 29 and in the last year of his contract, meaning the team can move him for draft picks or more offensive line pieces. Which they’d probably do, and save themselves an additional $11 million, leaving them at about $20 million in salary-cap space after all the dealing.

Cap Space: $33 million

Roster Size: 45 (60 with practice squad players)
