Round 2, pick 59: Terrace Marshall Jr., WR, LSU

Now that the defense has been addressed, it’s time to give the offense a little love.

In post-free agency mocks, more and more prognosticators are beginning to mock a receiver to the Browns at No. 59. If Terrance Marshall Jr. is there, he’d be my pick. At 6-3, 201 pounds, he looks the part, while possessing nice speed.

In free agency, the Browns re-signed Rashard Higgins for a year, while tending Khadarel Hodge. Donovan Peoples-Jones is expected to take another step, but the obvious focus is on Jarvis Landry and Odell Beckham Jr.

It’s hard to see both on the roster after 2021, unless some major restructuring takes place. Beckham’s working out and his rehab looks like it’s going great, but it’s hard to imagine he’ll be ready for the end of the season after tearing his ACL in October.

Marshall is projected to be a starter within his first two seasons. He caught 48 balls for 731 yards and 10 touchdowns last season.
