3. Cleveland Indians DH Franmil Reyes

Speaking of Franmil Reyes, the big right-handed stick is leading the Tribe in batting average, hitting .292. His three-run homer against New York salvaged the Yankees series, giving him five moonshots on the year, which is tied with Jordan Luplow.

He can be a force in the middle of the order and should protect Jose Ramirez, who we all expect will really heat up as spring turns to summer.

Reyes still seemingly hits in the annoying, inning-ending double play, but that’s the price you pay for a big man who’s trying to go deep.

Something to watch with Reyes: His strikeout rate is absurdly high (30.7 percent) compared to his walk rates, which currently sits at 4 percent.

Is it nitpicking? Perhaps, but considering how bad Cleveland’s been offensively, Reyes is one of two of three guys who’s producing.
