4. Toronto, Evan Mobley,  C/PF, USC

Even with Pascal Siakam, the Raptors couldn’t let Evan Mobley slip by with the No. 4 overall pick.

Mobley’s exactly the type of player you want in modern-day big man. He can shoot from the perimeter and he can guard outside the paint. If the Raptors get him, they’ll have two (along with Siakam), capable of doing such a thing.

Imagine Mobley switching on a pick and roll and defending it well. Nobody likes to talk about defense until the Finals, but the Rapots have to notice Mobley’s ability as a something the franchise just can’t pass up.

The 7-footer averaged 16.4 points per game while grabbing 8.7 rebounds per night. He shot 30 percent from beyond the arc.
