Baker Mayfield, the offensive line and the rest of the good and bad from the Ravens loss

The Browns vs. Ravens game recap
The first quarter saw Baker Mayfield look pretty good in the opening drive when Jack Conklin was healthy. He marched the Browns down the field for an easy chip-shot field goal but Chase McLaughlin didn’t account for the wind and boop. Miss. The second drive saw Donovan Peoples-Jones line up incorrectly, and then Jack Conklin getting hurt. Swell.
The Browns followed that up by having 12 men on the field; twice. This resulted in the Ravens extending their drive. That, a fairly late shot by Malick McDowell onto Lamar Jackson, and a field goal make the game 3-0 for the Ravens.
That was just the first quarter.
More personnel issues cropped up in the second, but an epic goal-line stand for the Browns saves the day. Unfortunately, after Mayfield and Harrison Bryant scorch the Ravens, Jarvis Landry commits an egregious error, causing a turnover. While Landry had a big day, his decision-making for 2021 has been bad. The play was obviously a pitch to Mayfield but Landry kept it for some reason.
Denzel Ward would set things right, picking off Lamar Jackson in retaliation but despite Mayfield moving the Browns down the field, two drops by David Njoku forced the team to settle for a field goal, bringing the score to 6-3 at halftime.
Ronnie Harrison misses an easy deflection and allows a Ravens player to make a massive catch on third and forever, he also fouls the guy too. Classic Harrison. That play turns into an eventual Ravens touchdown. A key third-down later for the Browns and Demetric Felton drops an easy and obvious third-down conversion. The announcers rightfully asked, “where was Kareem Hunt?”
Eventually, Mayfield took over and led the Browns down the field to throw a tight touchdown to Njoku to make the game 13-10 after the extra point. That would be all though, as the Browns offense sputtered due to bad pass blocking and drops.
The Ravens win it 16-10 as Cleveland drops to 6-6 with five to play.
