In a tough blow to the their playoff hopes, the Cleveland Browns lost a tough on Sunday Night Football, losing to the Baltimore Ravens, 16-10.

This one hurts, because it was there for the taking.

Cleveland’s defense had been allergic to forcing turnovers this season, yet somehow picked off Lamar Jackson four times.

As only the Browns will do, though, Cleveland only managed three points off those turnovers–and with the Bye week waiting next weekend, Browns Town is left buried, sharing the basement of the AFC North with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Speaking of Pittsburgh, the Steelers got creamed by the Cincinnati Bengals for the second time this season. The Bengals can’t beat the Browns, but other than that, they’re doing the things the Browns were supposed to be doing this season, such as kicking the Steelers while they’re down, in addition to punching the Ravens in the mouth.

The Browns are far from mathematically eliminated, but this defeat gives the season a different feel, especially with the Ravens, Raiders and Packers on the docket in the next few weeks.

We’ll need a Christmas miracle. There’s a lot of bad out there right now, and these five Browns, in particular, saw their sink in this Sunday Night letdown.
