7. Browns must pick M.J. Stewart over Ronnie Harrison

Ronnie Harrison is talented enough to be a starter in the NFL, but several dumb actions, started with his pushing of a coach in the season opener, brought into question the Browns mantra of, “Smart, tough, accountable.”

Harrison is a free agent, but so is the less heralded M.J. Stewart. I’m so frustrated with Harrison, that if the Browns choose to keep Stewart, I’d be fine with it.

Harrison is better suited to play at the line of scrimmage, but it turns out, so was big free-agent signing John Johnson III. Someone’s got to do something in coverage, and that’s Stewart, who can even step into the slot corner when needed.

If the Browns bring back Harrison, fine, he’s probably the more physically talent player, but I’d be just as OK with the move if it’s Stewart.
