The Cleveland Cavaliers defeated the Los Angeles Clippers due to a team effort.

Evan Mobley did it again, this time his outstanding performance led the Cleveland Cavaliers to a victory over the Los Angeles Clippers. The Cavs won 120-111 in a game that took overtime to decide the eventual winners. The team’s top seven active players all produced in some role and were able to stifle the Clippers.

You could say the Cavaliers…took the wind out of their sails (rimshot).

Bad jokes aside, the Cavs had to do it down yet another big, with Dean Wade joining Jarrett Allen on the injured list. The team did get Caris LeVert back, however, and he looked a bit rusty but shot the ball very well.

The Cavs are 10 games over .500 once again and sit at 39-29 with 14 games to go. The Cavs need three wins to secure a winning season, their first winning season without LeBron James since the 1990s. They are currently sixth in the playoff race in the Eastern Conference and are two games back from having home-court advantage in the playoffs.
