1. Browns should target George Pickens, WR, Georgia

The 6-foot-3 wide receiver saw his stock drop after suffering an ACL tear in the spring of 2021, but as time passes, it’s looking like George Pickens could be a steal for the team who picks him the 2022 NFL Draft.

The injury forced Pickens to miss the first 11 games of the campaign, but he returned in a big way, with an explosive 52-yard catch in the national championship en route to the Bulldogs’ victory.

Pickens was a five-star recruit coming out of high school and immediately proceeded to lead Georgia as a true freshman in receptions (49), yards (727) and touchdown grabs (8) during the 2019 campaign.

With limited film on him from his final season, Pickens should fall into the second round and the Browns should pounce.

For what it’s worth The Athletic’s Dane Brugler mocked Pickens to the Bears with the 39th pick. A recent CBS mock had him going 34th to the Lions.
