The Bad

Passing game

Jacoby Brissett is going to lose games for the Cleveland Browns if they have to rely on him to win a game. Not only is he widely inaccurate but even his “best throws” saw him nearly skip balls off the turf. He doesn’t have the arm strength needed to complete some of the throws he goes for and the league knows it.

Play calling

Kevin Stefanski is going to continue to hold this team back. The number of times he had first and 10 and threw the ball, despite having Brissett, is absurd. You know, better than anyone, what your team is and isn’t, why are you over-relying on your quarterback who isn’t very good? It screams 2021 all over again.

Secondary

The Cleveland Browns safeties were bad. While John Johnson and Ronnie Harrison got half a sack each early in the game, the Panthers were able to exploit the unit, namely Grant Delpit, during the second half of the game.
