4 dark horse teams the Cleveland Browns could trade Kareem Hunt to

The New York Jets or The New York Giants
The two New Jersey York teams are in the same position, so we’re going to talk about them in the same slide. Both New York squads have/had a featured back who was carrying a bulk of the load with one of them being injury prone and the other being injured. The Jets did just trade for former Jacksonville Jaguars running back James Robinson, but Robinson fell off for a reason in Jacksonville. Not many teams trade healthy, productive, talented players on rookie contracts for no reason.
There’s always a reason. Especially when, at best, you only get a fifth-round pick for the guy. Robinson isn’t the answer long-term and you can’t really rely on him only either. Michael Carter is not putting up good figures, so it makes all kinds of sense to go out and get Kareem Hunt as well, especially with how bad the quarterback situation is with the Jets.
For the Giants, the team is more balanced. Daniel Jones is having a solid year, and Saquon Barkley looks like the guy I wanted in Cleveland when he was coming out of college. Barkley is the leading rusher and the second-leading receiver. If he gets hurt, the Giants are dead. Bringing in Hunt helps give them a safety valve in case Barkley gets hurt again. If Barkley stays healthy, then you have a guy who can help lighten the load.
