The Browns, Steelers 2021 playoff game is set for Sunday night on NBC.

The Browns will play the Steelers in Pittsburgh during 2021 Wild Card Weekend, with the game set for Sunday, Jan 10 at 8:15 pm.

Certainly, this game will draw plenty of attention as a primetime game between two divisional rivals.

Browns fans are thrilled to be in the playoffs, but a tall task awaits their team in Pittsburgh, a place Cleveland hasn’t won since 2003.

Yes, you remember that game. It’s when Tim Couch, dressed in the white jersey and the orange pants, shimmied into the end zone with attitude en route to a 33-13 Browns win. It is the Browns only win at Heinz Field.

If pressed, a home game would be the desired option, however, there’s something about the Browns going on the road and playing as the underdog. Think back to the Titans game. They owned it.

Pittsburgh’s a different beast, though. But hey, these Browns are writing some new, positive history for the franchise. Why not add sleighing the Steelers in. Heinz Field to the list?

I know, we’ve already seen the Browns get waxed 38-7 in Pittsburgh this season. Hopefully they got it out of their system.

Remember, Nick Chubb didn’t play in that game. While Kareem Hunt is a stellar second option, the Browns are a different team when Chubb’s the lead back.

Additionally, the Browns may be able to count on Denzel Ward, who tested positive for coronavirus last week. Getting the calvary back will certainly help the Browns chances, considering Pittsburgh will return Ben Roethlisberger, Cam Hayward and  Maurkice Pouncey back to the starting lineup.

We’ll see how the week goes, but Heinz Field may not be its usual, horrible self because the Steelers haven’t allowed fans this season. Rules on attending sports events are being lifted, but it remains unclear if the Steelers will be able to host fans.
