What’s the beauty of the preseason? The veterans, the rookies, and the players who become training camp legends. In Part One of Factory of Sadness’ Cleveland Browns 2015 Preseason Review, I broke down the quarterback and running back positions. I asked myself if I thought that the Browns offense could be better in 2015 than years past. In order to come up with an answer, I examined each player at QB and RB and their production through two preseason games.

What did I find? So far Josh McCown seems to have the starting QB job all but wrapped up, while the situation at RB is far from settled. Johnny Manziel and Duke Johnson are the biggest surprises in camp, due to Johnny’s improvement on the field and maturity off the field while Johnson’s hype has led to disappointment due to a lack of participation because of injury.

In Part 2 of Factory of Sadness’ Cleveland Browns 2015 Preseason Review, I’m going to examine the wide receiver, tight end, and offensive line positions of the Cleveland Browns. How will the new additions at wide receiver improve the offense? What’s the impact of Josh Gordon‘s suspension? Will the TE position produce without Jordan Cameron? Is the offensive line truly one of the NFL’s best? There are so many questions. Are there any answers so far this preseason?
