The Cleveland Cavaliers wrapped up memorable season with an NBA championship–Cleveland’s first in 52 years! Clevelanders will relish this title forever, but its never too early to start thinking repeat.

The Cavaliers had their success this season, but so many times throughout this season it seemed as if there was or still is something missing.  One game would expose flaws in the team’s rebounding . On the next night, LeBron James and Kyrie Irving would go full-blown hero ball and the Cavs wouldn’t buy a bucket.

These two men ultimately shined when the lights were the brightest, but if the Cavs are going to hoist the Larry O’Brien trophy for a second straight season, there are moves that can be made.

This off-season, free agents will cash in as a result of the NBA’s TV deal (worth $24 billion). The salary cap will jump from $70 million to $94 million.

Record setting contracts will be signed, trades will be discussed and free agents will get lucrative deals who probably don’t deserve them.

But that’s the wild ride that is the NBA offseason.

Here’s six things the should do to repeat as NBA champs.
