#23 Kansas City Chiefs Select Marqise Lee, USC, Wide Receiver – One of the most productive wide receivers in the draft, Lee fits both the needs of the Chiefs and is the best player available in the draft. Kansas City’s passing offense struggled against more stout defenses because of their lack of weapons at wide receiver. Donnie Avery struggled all season as the number two receiver opposite of Dwayne Bowe. His Pro Football Focus grade was below -8, and his key drops in big games hurt the Chiefs frequently. Lee would be a one of a few pieces the Chiefs need to add to their offense if they are going to take the next step in 2014.

#24 Cincinnati Bengals Select CJ Mosley, Alabama, Linebacker – The Cincinnati Bengals select CJ Mosley with the 24th pick. Mosley fills a need/roll for the Cincinnati Bengals at the linebacker position. He will compete with James Harrison for playing time although it is more likely he will be used as the backup to Harrison but should Harrison retire the Bengals will be there to grab him.

The Bengals add a linebacker to their already solid defense. Is this too high for a linebacker? Should the Bengals take a look at a cornerback at this spot with all the injuries that befell them last year? Is there a offensive lineman or wide receiver that could help propel Andy Dalton to the next level? Tell us what you think about our rivals from the south in our comments section, and check out their write up and tell them what you think as well.
