2011 – Kansas City Chiefs – Jonathan Baldwin

Our first real bust at the 26th position is Baldwin. As seen in the photo above he is no longer with the team that drafted him 3 years ago, the Chiefs, and was traded to the 49ers for another possible bust first round pick wide receiver. Baldwin was a backup with the 49ers and is currently not guaranteed to even make their roster next year. A pretty big drop for a big and fast wide receiver who impressed many with his physical talents, though his on field production in college didn’t match. In his 3 year career Baldwin only has 44 receptions, with a high of 21 his rookie season, and a total of 607 yards and 2 TDs. He is a warning for teams looking at wide receivers, even in this deep class, that pop in the measurables but whose tape does not back it up.
