2010 – Arizona Cardinals – Dan Williams

As seen above Williams is a large man who anchors the Cardinals 3-4 defense from the nose tackle position. Williams has had some injury issues in his career, but many men that size who can move well have that struggle. He missed 6 games his second season then 3 more total over the last 2 years. As the nose tackle Williams is not going to put up great stats but has compiled 125 total tackles and has anchored a top 10 defense over the past couple of seasons. His presence allows his outside teammates to have free lanes to the quarterback and ball carriers. While Williams may never get high publicity his teammates and around the league know his value, and it is high. Keeping in shape will be a key for him as he goes into his 5th season.
