The Browns could go in a number of directions at this point. Based on the mock we completed Jadeveon Clowney, Sammy Watkins and Khalil Mack are off the board. The QBs are options here as well as Greg Robinson and Jake Matthews. Bridgewater becomes the pick as Ray Farmer and Mike Pettine want a QB who can win some games but also not do anything to lose games. This eliminates Johnny Manziel at this point. Robinson could be a great right tackle that would be a future left tackle in the league. He would open holes for Tate on either side of the line and give Brian Hoyer time to throw. For now its the professional Bridgewater who will stabilize the position for the next 5 to 7 years. He may not be a “franchise” guy, someone who can carry a team but its possible those guys are few and far between and an intelligent, accurate QB is better then a Matthew Stafford type “franchise” guy.
