An Interesting 4 Round NFL Mock Draft: Mike Evans #4?

"26. Cleveland Browns (from IND): Johnny Manziel, QB, Texas A&M–Welcome Home, Johnny Football! Cleveland reunites JFF with his favorite target in Mike Evans, but in the opposite order most people expect. Their gamble that Manziel falls pays off here."

They have the Jaguars trading up to 17 to get Teddy Bridgewater but that leaves Manziel for the Browns at #26. It is possible that they trade up as well to make sure they get a QB in the first round this year or pass on all 3 of these guys. The way they have treated the QBs, not interviewing at the Combine and not attending Pro Days but scheduling private workouts, gives interesting impressions. Adding Manziel to Evans, Josh Gordon, Jordan Cameron, Andrew Hawkins and Ben Tate gives the team a dynamic offense.

If the Browns go with a QB at #4, or another position, they would still of had many WR options at #26 with only Evans, Watkins, and Odell Beckham Jr. off the board at this point. Offensive linemen and cornerbacks would also be there to be had. Yet bringing two old teammates together, who thrived off one another would be very difficult to pass up.
