Week 4: Cincinnati Bengals vs Cleveland

The two teams split last season’s games, with both winning on the road.  In order to be relevant again, the Browns needs to win their division games first, especially at home and expand on that.  Splitting a series is good, but when the team makes their divisional record 3-3, 4-2, etc. is when that can become more realistic.
