This is a pretty general and pretty simple reason. You can apply it to a lot of people in the organization. Mike Pettine, Ray Farmer, Johnny Manziel, Terrence West, Isiah Crowell, Justin Gilbert, Taylor Gabriel along with others all benefited from going through some struggles last year.

A wise man once said “You learn a lot more from losing than winning”. If that’s the case than I’m sure our team as a whole learned a lot last year. I expect a lot of improvements to be made by both players and staff members.

Some more than others.
