Cleveland Browns vs. Baltimore Ravens: Game Preview
My Prediction
I’ve been really negative about the Browns lately, but get ready for a shock because I think they’ll get a win in Baltimore!
I know the Browns have been going through a lot of problems lately, but so have the Ravens. The Browns defense will finally start to come around against a beat up Ravens offense. As long as they get some kind of pass rush on Flacco, Cleveland’s defense should be able to keep Baltimore from lighting up the scoreboard.
On the opposite side, the Browns offense isn’t nearly as bad as I thought they would be. The Ravens have allowed 419 yards on the ground this season (104.75/game) so I don’t see why we won’t be able to run on them this Sunday. When it comes to throwing I’m not expecting McCown to have the same kind of game as last week. But he’ll need to as long as we establish the run and our defense shows up on Sunday.
Pettine is a defensive guy and his defense has six Pro Bowlers in their lineup. With that said, the defense has been given a lot of amount of crap all season long because they aren’t playing up to standards. The Browns defense has to come back and make a statement soon.
No time like the present, and the defense wins a low scoring game on Sunday.
Baltimore Ravens – 13
Cleveland Browns- 17
