Q: Who is the most interesting commit?

A: Offensive lineman Malcolm Pridgeon

Pridgeon is a massive offensive line prospect from Nassau Community College, giving the Buckeyes a rare JUCO recruit at a position that was not really a need this offseason. With the likes of Jamarco Jones and Isaiah Prince poised to step into the tackle spots, Pridgeon may not find a fit right away. Add to the depth already at tackle, and it makes you wonder why Pridgeon chose Ohio State over Baylor or Florida.

But Pridgeon is all of 6-foot-7 and is exceptional in pass coverage. Ed Wariner must be salivating at what he can do with an experienced player of that size in an offense that will make use of his talents.

The competition along the offensive line just got a whole lot more exciting with the addition of Malcolm Pridgeon, giving Ohio State more quality depth and better options all along the line for the 2016 season.
