Never Say Never, But…

Crazier things have happened before, but I realize that the Dolans’ approach is set in stone. It would be great to have that feeling as a fan that the Cleveland Indians would do everything in power to acquire the necessary pieces to help with pursuit of a championship.
Unfortunately, often times it is the opposite with the team either standing pat (having to rely on call-ups as their source of new talent) or ends up trading away someone for the future. Those times have to stop as the current roster is showing that they are a contender now.
I am not wishing for an Indians team to go out in free agency/via trade and spend/deal away like crazy. Instead, I would just like to see the team making a splashy/significant move every so often, while adding to the roster with very solid players.
The latter has been happening with a couple of them showing the potential of doing much more than what their current roles asks of them. I know I am not the only one who is frustrated seeing teams extending their budgets acquiring players while the Indians focus on potential.

Yes, it is a dream scenario for a change to happen. Hopefully the Dolans see changes are needed. If not, the same will continue.
