What will come of the Cleveland Browns quarterback position this season is the million dollar question.

Once again, the Cleveland Browns are starting a new quarterback. This time it will be rookie Cody Kessler. For a team to be successful, they must have the quarterback position solidified. Well, for Cleveland that has not happened since they returned.

The Browns have not been able to lock down the quarterback position over the years for various reasons. Regardless of why the answer has yet to be acquired, it is very embarrassing to the team and their fans.

It is so early in the season and yet Cleveland is already doing something negative they are used too: Starting multiple quarterbacks in a given season. How many will we see in 2016? Members of the FoS team gave their thoughts.

Answer Is Not In Cleveland

How many games are left on the schedule? What is their current rate of quarterbacks per game? The Cleveland Browns better start signing more than just Charlie Whitehurst!

Maybe they could fix the offensive line so the quarterback wouldn’t get hit so much. They let two good offensive linemen go in Alex Mack and Mitchell Schwartz.

Or maybe they could make better play calls with quicker patterns and less time holding the ball by the quarterback. Hey Hue Jackson, this isn’t the Cincinnati Bengals offensive line!

If things do not straighten out, realistically they may need another two besides Whitehurst and Cody Kessler.

Just as a side note, I don’t think they have the “franchise quarterback ” on the roster. Until they do, we will be seeing more years of what we have been seeing. Trust me, from what we have seen of Kessler, he is not the answer either!
