Agree or disagree with LeBron James’ political leanings, you can’t deny his desire to get out and be heard over a cause that’s important to him.

Michael Jordan was infamous for never offering an opinion, because hey,  Republicans and Democrats both buy sneakers.

But in 2016, many more athletes are voicing their opinions on various types of matters, but James’ star undoubtedly shines the brightest.
