Boris Diaw, F

Boris Diaw currently plays in France, but he has an opt-out clause that would clear the way for him to return to the NBA.

He’s 35, but remember, the Cavs are looking to fill their final two roster spots so you wouldn’t see a ton of Diaw deep into the playoffs.

With that said, he could the team right now, and would makeup for the sting left by the departure of Channing Frye.

Diaw isn’t a great 3-point shooter, but he’s at the very least, capable of making a shot from beyond the arc.

Plus, he’s played in 114 playoff games and won an NBA title with the Spurts (2013-2014) With the Cavs roster overturned by the trade deadline deals, just four players (LeBron james, Kevin Love, Tristan Thompson and J.R. Smith) remain from the team’s 2016-2017 championship squad.

Diaz’s reportedly reached out to teams about returning to the NBA, according to Slam Online.

Throughout his 14-year NBA career, Diaw averaged 8.6 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 3.5 assists per game. He’s shot .336 from 3-point range.
