Cleveland Browns: 2018 Mock Draft post-combine edition

Darnold will need additional talented players to throw to and Courtland Sutton certainly helps with that. Being that he continued to slide in this scenario, Cleveland general manager makes sure quality is added to the wide receiver position.
The fifth-rounder from the Kansas City Chiefs is added, which was acquired when Cleveland dealt OL Cameron Erving.
Sutton was a man among boys during his time at SMU. There were not many times when opposing defenses shut him down consistently. Given Corey Coleman‘s inconsistencies, injuries, and inability to do enough as a former first rounder, his time in Cleveland is decreasing.
There has been a number of taller, athletics wideouts who did not always live up to expectations. However, with a quarterback under center (eventually) like Darnold hopefully, Sutton lives up to the hype.
From boxing out his defender to running past his defenders at ease regularly, those are just a couple of traits that Sutton exhibits. If you have not had the chance to watch Sutton much or at all, a fair comparison is to Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant.
Prior to becoming a wide receiver, Sutton was a defensive back for SMU. On offense, Sutton accumulated 105 receptions, 3,220 yards, and 31 touchdowns!
