4. Kelvin Herrera, Royals, RP

If the Tribe wanted to go big, the front office needs to seriously consider Royals’ closer Kelvin Herrera.

Herrera has a 0.66 ERA to along with 14 strikeouts in 13 2/3 innings.

With the possibility of the Houston Astros looking for a closer, the Tribe should at least considering making a inter-divisional deal just to keep Herrea from going to the World Champs.

It’s easy to say “Get Herrea,” but in reality, Fan Rag Sports’ Jon Heyman speculated he could bring Kansas City a lot in return. When reading that, Indians fans can’t help but think of the two top prospecs the organization had to surrender (Clint Frazier, Justus Sheffield) for Andrew Miller.

With Herrera set to be a free agent at season’s end, though, it’s not likely the Tribe’s going to be uber competitive should there be a sweepstakes for his services.
