1. LeBron, duh

Jalen Rose talked about it during the pregame show prior to Game 4 of the The Finals.

The best place for LeBron to play next season is the Cleveland Cavaliers, because realistically, no other situation currently offers him a chance to win.

Of course, that could change. The NBA week of NBA free agency is more compelling and features more twists and turns than the Association’s entire regular season.

Who knows what the basketball landscape will look like by the time LeBron makes his decision to play next year.

It’s pretty simple for the Cavs. Get LeBron back. They’re the only team that can offer him a supermax contract in the five-year, $200 million range.

James looks like he’ll be able to be an elite player into his mid-to-late 30s. He’s 33 now, the five-year pact will keep him until he’s 38. You may not be getting an MVP-esque LeBron at the end of the deal, but considering how James takes care of himself, he could be a top 10 player by the time the contract expires.

Yahoo’s Adrian Wojnarowski has been the only national figure talking up the Cavs as a possibility because of the contract Cleveland can offer LeBron.

And after all, isn’t this what James has been taking one-year contract for?
