Cleveland Browns: 4 potential trade partners for Josh Gordon
Kansas City Chiefs
Mile High Sports’ Ben Allbright suggested what Gordon would like along side Tyreek Hill, Sammy Watkins and Travis Kelce, to go along with Kareem Hunt in the backfield.
He’s right.
The Chiefs are in the luxurious position of fielding a talented wide receiving corps, while also possessing one of the game’s best up-and-coming gunslingers in Patrick Mahomes.
Everyone kind of thinks Kansas City can be good this year, but Gordon may elevate the belief that the organization can be a Super Bowl contender.
If he’s eligible, of course.
Get used to that last sentence if your interested in Gordon, Chiefs fans, because you’ll be reminding yourselves of it a lot.
I’ve only been reminding myself of it for the past six years.
Gordon would be the perfect complement for Mahomes, who has a cannon for an arm.
Gordon didn’t bother to learn the playbook back in 2014 when Brian Hoyer was quarterback the Browns, but if there’s one thing he knows how to do, it’s one run straight for the end zone.
Pairing him with Mahomes will certainly lead to touchdowns, although there’s a disclaimer: There may be other headaches.
