3. Greg Robinson

Greg Robinson wasn’t on PfF’s Top Five graded Browns of the Week list, but he didn’t need to be.

Baker Mayfield just looks like a different man after the ball’s snapped, and Robinson has to factor into his success in some way.

Robinson carried a 61.8 game grade, according to PFF, which is just above average. However, he had a 75.8 grade in pass blocking, which is great.

The entire eline dominated agains the Bengals when it came to protecting Mayfield, as the rookie was just pressured five times in 27 drop backs.

But to get good production out of left tackle? It’s invaluable, because he’s the player looking out for his quarterback’s blind side.

The Browns seem to really like Desmond Harrison, but he was constantly being pushed back into the pocket. He has potential, but the difference between Robinson and Harrison is night and day.

Leading up to the Bengals game, it was reported Robinson and Harrison were in a competition for the starting gig.

Well, it looks like Robinson is winning the battle, having started his third straight game.

Harrison’s still an intriguing prospect, and the Browns should continue to develop him, but left tackle is Robinson’s to lose.
