Jarvis Landry

Round of applause to Freddie Kitches for developing a gameplan that gets Jarvis Landry involved in the game.

When Todd Haley was offensive coordinator, Landry would disappear. A lot of that can be chalked up how horrible Mayfield was being coached up.

But with Kitchens calling the plays, Landry recorded his second straight game of 100 all-purpose yards.

Last week, Landry had 103 yards on six catches. Against the Panthers, he had three catches for 57 yards.

Mayfield connected with him on a memorable 51-yard pass in strike for a touchdown.

He also rushed the ball twice for 51 yards. Kitchens basically called the same run play for Landry both times, and it worked. Twice!

Landry now has 69 catches for 790 yards and three touchdowns this season, in addition to the one he scored on the ground against the Panthers.

He’s a weapon and Kitchens is helping remind everyone of it.
