Cleveland Browns: Final 2018 player rankings start with Baker Mayfield

16-20
16. Greg Robinson: Like Perriman, Robinson was cast off as a first-round bust. The Browns are actually his third team, with Detroit being his last stop.
He’s not Joe Thomas, but few are. But with that said. Baker Mayfield took fewer sacks when Robinson became the starter.
He’s also a free agent who the Browns can’t afford to lose.
17. Emmanuel Ogbah: Year three for Emmanuel Ogbah suggests he’ll be a fine player, but fans are going to forever wonder what it would’ve been like to team Bradley Chubb up opposite of Myles Garrett.
Ogbah, who had three sacks, was PFF’s 85th rated EDGE defender in 2019. There’s definitely room for improvement there.
18. Terrance Mitchell: He was playing really well until an injury landed him on the temporary IR early in the season. He returned toward the end of the season and played decently.
19. Rashard Higgins: In year four, Higgins took tremendous strides, becoming a dependable NFL wide receiver. Had 39 catches for 572 yards and four touchdowns.
20. Jabrill Peppers: Ended the season on a sour note in Baltimore one week after playing one of his better contests against Cincinnati.
Still waiting for him to become the game changer we thought he could coming out of Michigan.
