Cleveland Browns preseason player rankings led by Baker Mayfield, OBJ
Players 57-67
57. Anthony Zettel: Appared in 15 games, amassing 158 snaps. Was mostly used on passing downs (97 times). Ended the 2018 season with 7.0 tackles.
58. Carl Davis: Rotational player on the defensive line. Played 31 snaps last season.
59. Kendall Lamm: Signed to provide depth at the tackle position and started 13 games at right tackle with Houston a season ago. Saw one website call him one of the worst players in the NFL during his first few seasons in the league.
60. Willie Harvey: Is thought to be too small to make a big impact, but at 6-foot, 224 pounds, Harvey was a four-year starter in a Power-5 conference at Iowa State. He had 31 tackles for a loss in college, which ranks sixth in Iowa State history.
61. Donnie Lewis Jr.: Pro Football Focus believes Lewis is worth a look based off the 87.5 passer rating quarterbacks posted when throwing in his direction during his four years at Tulane.
62. Jamie Gillan: “The Scottish Hammer” has a tough incumbent to knock off in Colquitt.
63. Devaroe Lawrence: Has had two knee surgeries stemming from an ACL tear in college. Despite the adversity, Lawrence in the mix for a backup spot. The Browns will probably take one four backup defensive lineman.
64. Lenzy Pipkins: The preseason is made for a guy like Pipkins, who’s allowed 108 yards off 11 receptions in his two years in the league.
65. Ishmael Hyman: A product of the short lived Alliance of American football. Hyman created some buzz as OBJ skipped most of the team’s OTAs and Jarvis Landry sat out nursing an injury. Someone had to catch balls and it was to Hyman’s benefit.
66. Damon Sheehy-Guisseppi: A junior college sensation, DSG may open some eyes as a punt returner if given the opportunity in the preseason. Will it be enough to earn a roster spot, though? It’s amazing he even found an NFL team to sign with, but the Browns had to get a closer look after he ran a 4.38 40-yard dash in front of the organization during a workout in Miami.
67. Daniel Ekuale: Spent the entire season the practice squad and then was suspended for using performance enhancing drugs. All of that and the Browns kept him! You better believe they want to see what he can do on the field come preseason.
