Cleveland Browns: 6 players whose stock is up after Redskins win
2. Rashard Higgins, WR
Rashard Higgins is playing like a man who wants to be the Cleveland Browns’ No. 3 receiver.
The Colorado State product had five catches for 98 yards and a touchdown…at the half. He was on the receiving end of Baker Mayfield‘s gem of a first drive, culminating in Hollywood’s 24-yard touchdown reception.
Credit to Higgins, with Odell Beckham Jr. and Jarvis Landry sitting this game out, Hollywood stepped up and played like a stud.

Higgins appears ready to flourish after being a fourth-round pick of Sashi Browns’ back in 2016. He had his struggles, but appears ready to make a big impact in 2019.
Additionally, there’s a lot of talk surrounding Higgins on the depth chart. Pro Football Talk posted something about a week ago that had Higgins surpassing Callaway as the No. 3 receiver. After this game, you can see why. Higgins is earning everything that’s coming his way.
