2. Jeffrey Okudah

Next on the list is another junior in Jeffrey Okudah, who is next in line at DBU and has top-10 potential.

Like Young, Okudah saved his best moments  for spotlight games.  As a junior, he had five tackles and two pass breakups in the Rose Bowl.

At 6-foot-11 200 pounds, he possesses excellent size for an outside corner. Last season he was tied with Kendall Sheffield for the team lead with eight pass breakups, and became an emerging force as the season went on.

When Okudah, a native of Grand Prairie, Texas, entered college, he was given a five-star stag from 247 Sports, in addition to being considered the No. 1 cornerback prospect in his class.

The defensive back room in Columbus looks strong and is poised to flex it’s muscle some more in 2019 with Okudah as the star.

He possesses excellent closing speed and good instincts for the ball, with continued improvement he has top 10-15 potential as a shut down corner on the next level.

Get ready to wear a hat on day one of the 2020 draft, because if you slip out out of the top 15 it will be a surprise.
