4. Austin Corbett

Eric Kush is the one who played, constantly being terrorized by Aaron Donald, but he doesn’t deserve to have his name listed. Donald’s the best defensive player in the league. Kush is a journeyman. Of course Donald was going to feast.

This slot belongs to Austin Corbett. The Browns need him badly, yet he’s  looking more and more like a bust as every week passes. The 33rd overall pick in the 2018 draft was inactive for the first two games, but because of all the Browns inactives, Corbett finally dressed.

Baby, steps, I guess.

There was a steady demand among Browns fans for general manager John Dorsey to make a trade for an offensive lineman, notably Trent Williams. I’m not sure that’s going to happen, because the Redskins seem content to let their disgruntled tackle stew.

The swing and a miss on Corbett hurts this team every week, though. If he can’t get on the field by the end of this season, will he ever?
