1. Nick Chubb

Peter King wrote a bizarre blurb about Freddie Kitchens establishing his squad as a “running team.” To that I’d ask Peter if he’s watching entire games, because Freddie Kitchens isn’t running the ball enough.

Chubb had nine carries for 74 yards. He finished with 120 yards and two touchdowns on 20 carries. He’s not getting the rock enough. His adversary in this one, Chris Carson, rushed the ball 24 times and averaged 5.2 yards per carry.

He did cough a fumble, but his play trumps that mistake. Chubb was one of the reasons the Browns were in this game an it’s a crime he wasn’t used more.

Chubb is currently second in the NFL with 607 yards, he trails leader Christian McCaffery by just 11 yards. He’s also tied with six other players for the fourth most touchdowns (six).

Just imagine the kind of numbers Chubb would have if Kitchens didn’t turn a cold shoulder to the run.
