Two catches for 39 yards? With trade rumors lingering, Beckham turned in another contest any free agent off the street would be capable of producing.

William Jackson III was making life too difficult for a supposed elite player, as PFF noted the defensive back was giving OBJ “Fits on a number of contested opportunities.”

And now the trade rumors are creeping up, with credible national reporter Jay Glazer giving a mighty voice to Beckham wanting out of Cleveland.

With the Browns offense running consistently inconsistent, I can’t figure out whose to blame for Beckham’s pedestrian two touchdowns.

If Baker Mayfield has no problem getting the ball to Jarvis Landry, why can’t he do the same with OBJ?

I think the Dawg Pound is becoming quick to realize of just how dramatic a player like Beckham is, and in a true team game like football, is the juice ultimately worth the squeeze. New York ultimately said no, and so far, they’ve been right.

Beckham’s first three years in the league were something to marvel at. He scored 35 touchdowns and was always a threat for 1,500 yards. Now, he has two scores, despite playing in all 12 games. It’s his lowest touchdown total since 2017, when he had three in an injury-plagued season that saw him play just four games.

It’s been revealed he’s dealing with a sports hernia and it will probably require surgery. How much is that impacting Beckham? Only Odell knows.
