6. Sione Takitaki

Sione Takitaki exemplified the type of player you want on defense. Just think back to watching on TV. His No. 44 was all over the field, particularly in the first half.

He stuffed a run for a loss, set up a Clayborn sack by pressuring Wentz, and of course, he made the memorable pick-6 in the first half to score his first career touchdown.

It’s refreshing to put Takitaki on this list, because he mostly finds his stock trending in the wrong direction. I do think we’ve seen more good than bad from him lately, but he still has a long way to go to become a complete player.

If the Browns only had to worry about sending Takitaki after running backs and quarterbacks, everything would be fine. It’s coverage where Takitaki gets tripped up.
