2. Malcom Smith

While one Browns linebacker had his greatest game as a pro, other players in the position group struggled, particularly Malcom Smith.

Smith is supposed to be the Browns’ best coverage linebacker, but he particularly struggled against Philadelphia tight end Dallas Goedert.

Additionally, Smith missed at least three tackles according to my eye test.  One of the notable whiffs came toward the end of the game. Carson Wentz hit Miles Sanders on a short pass. Smith blew the tackle. Sanders gained nine yards and kept Eagles going.

Smith finished with four tackles on the day.
