3. Robert Jackson

The Steelers looked Robert Jackson’s way 10 times and converted six of those throws, good for 129 yards.

He was given a dreadful, 48.1 mark from Pro Football Focus.

It’s hard to pin all your frustrations on Jackson because he’s not someone who logs a lot of snaps (he had six prior to Sunday). With Denzel Ward and Kevin Johnson sitting on the Covid-reserve list, the low man on the depth chart was pressed into action.

The Steelers were obviously aware of the Browns situation and Mason Rudolph made it a point to seek Jackson out en route to throwing for 315 yards and two touchdowns on the day.

While Jackson’s day was forgettable, you could make the argument that he bent as far he could without breaking. He deflected a pass, and well. It could’ve been worse.

Obviously, the Browns must get Ward and Johnson back in the playoffs because if Rudolph can expose Jackson so badly, just imagine what Ben Roethlisberger will do.
