3-round Browns mock draft sees team ‘steal’ LB in mid rounds

Round 2, pick pick 59, Elijah Moore, Ole’ Miss

In the second round, this mock drafter has the Browns going with Ole’ Miss Elijah Moore. You may remember the name, as the receiver was recently mocked to the Browns in the first round!

Taking Moore there would be a huge leap of faith, but taking at No. 59? It’s a move we all could get on board with.

You may also remember Moore for othe reasons. He infamously imitated urinating like a dog following a touchdown in the 2019 Egg Bowl. He was penalized and the point after moved back 15 yards. The kicker muffed the try and Twitter went ablaze, blaming Moore for the defeat.

He rebounded in 2020, becoming a solid draft prospect and it will be surprising to see him escape the second round. Last season, Moore caught 86 balls for 1,193 yards (13.8 yards per catch average) and eight touchdowns. He just ran a 4.35-second 40-yard dash at his pro day.

I’d previously mocked Terrace Marshall Jr. to the Browns in tree second round, but the more and more the pre-draft season play out, the more likely it seems the LSU product will be off the board by the time the Browns make their second pick.
