1. Detroit, Cade Cunningham, PG, OK St.

The Pistons can turn their draft card in now, and you better believe it says Cade Cunningham.

The 6-8 point guard has become the consensus No. 1 pick in the eyes of media. Heck, the Cavs have two  point guards and would’ve taken him had their luck boosted them to No. 1.

Detroit’s been looking for new era to start as the Pistons have been mostly irrelevant since the days of Rasheed Wallace, Chauncey Billups and Ben Wallace. Cunningham is their ticket back to prominence.

He’s been called “the most efficient isolation scorer,” while also having an excellent 40 percent conversion rate from 3-point range.

In his lone college season, Cunningham averaged 20.1 points, 6.2 points and 3.5 assists per game.

From Cavs perspective: I can’t confirm this to be true, but it’s my belief the Cavs would’ve dropped one of their young guards like a bad habit if it meant the organization was getting Cunningham.
