2. Cleveland Browns TE David Njoku
How many times have you read about David Njoku possibly being traded? The guy’s like a cat with nine lives–and he’s living his best life right now for the Browns.
The fifth-year veteran reminded us that he’s the most physically gifted tight end on the roster, especially when it comes to jump balls.
I wonder if you might see Njoku carve out some more reps this year. That said, the Browns are paying Austin Hooper a lot of money. One to watch might be second-year veteran Harrison Bryant. His production seemed to drop in the final quarter of the season.
Njoku is entering a contract year, so every down counts for the former 2017 first-round pick.
I don’t see how the organization can bring him back considering the team owes Austin Hooper $9.5 million next season.
