The Browns’ biggest defensive strength this year has been their corners. The Browns’ biggest position hit by COVID? Their corners.

Yay.

Instead of going into the game with their best crop of players, ready and able to take on the Raiders high-flying passing game, it looks like that’s not going to be the case. Derek Carr is a great quarterback and he’s going to have a field day with the Browns secondary; assuming the weather doesn’t completely negate the Raiders passing attack.

With Ward and Greedy Williams still active for the game, the Browns may be able to handle some of what’s in front of them and if the weather turns sour, the Browns may just have what it needs to defeat the spiraling Raiders.
