The Cleveland Browns should keep an eye out for these three Bills players.

The Buffalo Bills lost a heart-breaker to the Kansas City Chiefs when Patrick Mahomes went down the field in mere seconds to tie the game up. Then, outdated overtime rules bit the Bills in the butt, and the Chiefs were able to secure their place in yet another AFC title game. The Bills, however, are looking good for 2022.

That doesn’t mean they’re looking great, however. The Bills have huge issues coming, and many players will need to be re-evaluated. The team is barely under the salary cap, with around $2 million in free money to play around with. That means that some high-priced names will need to take a pay-cut or risk getting let go.

This is exacerbated by the fact that the Bills need to revamp their entire offense after it was revealed to be pretty anemic in 2021. Stefon Diggs seemed to take a step back this year but was still a good option, and the team had no running game whatsoever if franchise star Josh Allen wasn’t the one taking off. So they need to add some options.

Otherwise, they’re going to run the risk of gassing out Allen. No historic team, and very few Super Bowl teams, are carried by just one guy. It’s either a few Hall of Famers on offense, or a few Hall of Famers on defense, but either way, there is always more than one guy to step up. Their defense is solid but doesn’t have the marque playmakers that other teams have and their offense is devoid of an elite running back and a second legitimate pass-catcher at either the receiver or tight end positions.

That means that some players the Bills have are going to be free agents. So do the Bills have any expiring players the Browns may want?
