Cleveland Browns nab stud WR, K in 2022 post Senior Bowl mock draft
NFL Draft Round 1, Picks 21-25
21. Patriots, Travon Walker, DE, Georgia
Travon Walker, a member of the national champs, is capable of playing on both the inside and the outside. Drawing on a cliche, “The guy’s a football player,” and Bill Belichick will find a place to line him up.
22. Raiders, Jalen Tolbert, WR, So. Miss
At 6-foot-3, 190 pounds, you might not see Tolbert appearing in a lot of first-round mocks. That may change after the Senior Bowl, where the wideout had a great week. Could cement himself as a late first-rounder with a great combine, which is entirely possible.
Obviously Alabama’s Jameson Williams is still sitting there, but knowing he’ll sit out the season, I don’t know how the Raiders, who will be looking to get back to the playoffs for a second-straight season, can roll the dice on a player who can’t help.
23. Cardinals, Tyler Linderbaum, OL, Iowa
Arizona could use a receiver with Christian Kirk and A.J. Green set to hit free agency. But with better options off the board, it’s better to protect Kyler Murray.
24. Dallas, Jaquan Brisker, S, Penn State
The Cowboys really really really need a safety. Dallas already has a couple playmakers on defense and adding Brisker would give them another.
25. Buffalo, Trevor Penning, OL, Northern Iowa
Could see them going wit a defensive line prospect, but protecting Josh Allen also remains a priority.
