5. Cleveland Browns must upgrade the play of QB

Oh, that’s all the Cleveland Browns need to do? Simply easy, right?

Tens of thousands of words have already been written about this since the Browns ended their season, but it remains the biggest truth of the offseason.

I’d love to proclaim that Aaron Rodgers or Russell Willson is walking through that door, but it seems like a dream. Deshaun Watson? Who knows how that saga ends?  Some wouldn’t mind seeing Jimmy G. Others detest the idea. Mitch Trubisky is someone being looked at as potentially, the next Ryan Tannehill.

Teams with Super Bowl aspirations can’t bank on hope.

So, if it is Baker Mayfield, he’s go to better. Certainly better than last year, and even miles better than he was during the second half of 2020.

If the Browns can correctly address this issue, then the rest of the warts will be covered up and Cleveland will be on their way.
